Ans:- No all rings have been fully refurbished and look new.

 

Que:- Can i part ex my existing ring

Ans:- Yes we take part exchange so please go to the section on the website and fill in the online form to get a price

 

Que:- Does the ring come with the original certificate

Ans:- Yes the original certificate will be enclosed with the ring

 

Que:- Can i view the ring at one of your showrooms

Ans:-  you will need an appointment, please note the rings are kept at our hatton garden office so you will need to book in advance if you want to view in Milton Keynes or Birmingham

 

Que:- Do you offer a returns or exchange policy

Ans:- Yes we offer a 30 days return or exchange policy

 

Que:- I like the diamond but not the setting style what are my options

Ans:- Its no problem after you have purchased the ring we are able to change the setting for you and offer 10% discount on these from our main website www.qualitydiamonds.co.uk and you will get scrap value back for your old setting

 

Que:- I want to sell my ring how long does this take and how do i get paid

Ans:- All pieces of jewellery are underwritten by a diamond merchant and we normally give you a price in one working day. If you want to sell once we have the item and a receipt signed by yourselves and some ID copy you are paid on the spot by bank transfer or cash if it's available

Que:- Why are the pieces of jewellery much cheaper than new

Ans:- Firstly there is a different VAT scheme for second hand jewellery which means you save a large amount of money here. Plus we only allow scrap value for the setting when we buy it so if you like the setting style you will save big here also.
